這是一個為期八週、以粵語授課的腦部健康課程,由憶航、主恩基督教會與香港科技大學北加州校友會合辦。透過實用、具科學根據的主題,協助您建立強健大腦與健康老化的生活方式;內容在文化熟悉、支持性的社區環境中進行。
A free, eight‑week Cantonese program co‑hosted by Lord’s Grace Christian Church, and the HKUST Northern California Alumni Association. Practical, science‑based topics help you build brain‑healthy habits in a culturally familiar, supportive community setting.

統合分析:規律身體活動與較低失智風險相關(相對風險≈0.80),呈劑量反應趨勢 [4]。
